Owner called wanting to reclaim Sky but is out of town. Wants friend to pick up on behalf of owner. I asked owner if they want to fix the dog and he said no. I told him there would be a double redemption fee on top of the reclaim fee for not wanting to fix the dog. Informed them that we need proof of rabies vax. They said a friend would pick up the dog but I told them they would need to be on the phone for reclaim as friend cannot pick up the dog on their behalf without proof of owner.
