Hello Kitty was apprehended by the authorities in the midst of a Hello Kitty merchandise heist in the back of a Wal-Mart. She was misled into this predicament by Hello Kitty's infectious smile, which she does her best to copy. When asked by reporters why she decided to paint herself in Hello Kitty colors, she is reported to have barked, "hey, at least I didn't go with the Joker". She's been getting along very well with her fellow inmates in playgroups, and will eagerly take whatever treats ya got!
