Join us for an hour of Pilates with Susie Que and our most adorable residents: Our Kittens! To keep our participants, instructors and volunteers safe we are taking additional health purr-cautions. If possible, please bring your own yoga mat and wear a mask. Instructors will sanitize the studio between sessions and we are limiting the class size to 10 participants to ensure enough space in the studio to socially distance.

Susie has more than 15 years experience with Pilates, both as a participant and an instructor. Her journey began after a horseback riding accident injured her back. 15 years later, her posture, balance and body is in much better shape now than it ever has been. Plus, when you sign up for Susie’s Kitten Pilates class, you’re entered to win a door prize!
