2023 Pet Calendar Contest

May 15 @ 8:00 am - July 31 @ 8:00 pm

Contest ends July 31, 2022 at 8:00 PM! Enter your pet at www.gogophotocontest.com/young-williams

Our annual pet calendar contest is back! The Young-Williams Animal Center calendar contest helps provide care for the nearly 10,000 homeless, stray, and unwanted pets we take in every year. Enter your pet for a chance to be featured in their very own month of the official Young-Williams Animal Center 2023 Wall Calendar, sponsored by Mortgage Investors Group.

Here’s what you need to know:
  • Enter your pet for $25. One pet per entry, please!
  • Invite friends and family to vote for your pet. Votes are $1 each (minimum of $5/5 votes per purchase.)
  • Voting ends on July 31, 2022 at 8:00 PM.
  • Top 11 pets with the most votes will be featured in the 2023 Young-Williams Animal Center Calendar. (Did someone say themed photoshoot?!)
  • All proceeds support the mission of Young-Williams Animal Center to lead the community to end pet homelessness, promote animal welfare, and enhance the human-animal bond.

We are excited to bring back fun features to this year’s contest, including the ability to pre-order your calendar and honor a special pet or person by reserving a day just for them. One pet or person can be honored each month and will receive a photo or special note added to the specified day in the 2023 calendar. Month selections are first-come, first-served so reserve your date today!

Fundraisers like our 2023 Pet Calendar Contest are so important to our mission and helps animals in our care right now. Animals like Coda the puppy. Coda was rushed to UT Vet Hospital after being attacked by a wild animal and was stabilized before being transferred to Young-Williams for care. His small front leg was broken in multiple places but the injury didn’t stop him from snuggling up to our vet staff. At such a young age, we knew amputation was not only the best medical path, but that he would easily learn how to walk on three legs. Thanks to the Animal Compassion Fund, he got the emergency vet care he needed and is now in a new home dedicated to keeping him safe and loved. Your entries and votes help provide for Coda and hundreds of pets just like him.
