Popeye has more in common with an owl than he does a sailor. He has stunning eyes and a very observant personality. He can be shy at first, but if given time to warm up, can be a social and cuddly dog. In playgroups, he is quite playful and pushy with dog buddies. It would be a wonderful idea to let him meet with any resident dogs prior to going to his forever home. He knows how to sit very politely and keeps himself entertained with toys.
