Derby is a 5-year-old hound mix who's as friendly as he is energetic. According to his previous owners, he is house-trained and loves to socialize, especially with other dogs. He has had some experience around livestock such as cows and chickens and loves farm life. Derby prefers the company of adults or older kids/teens since he can be territorial of his food and favorite spots. Derby is energetic and playful, but he is also an escape artist with a love for hopping fences to chase little critters, so he'll keep you on your toes!
