Under Phase One of the Knox County Health Department’s reopening plan, Young-Williams Animal Center will resume public spay/neuter services and continue with the modified adoption process.
The Phased Reopening by the local Health Department complements Gov. Bill Lee’s “Tennessee Pledge: Reopening Tennessee Responsibly” framework and has the support of Knoxville Mayor Indya Kincannon and Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs.
