Instructors will sanitize the studio between sessions and we are limiting the class size to 10 participants to ensure enough space in the studio to socially distance. \nSusie has more than 15 years experience with Pilates\, both as a participant and an instructor. Her journey began after a horseback riding accident injured her back. 15 years later\, her posture\, balance and body is in much better shape now than it ever has been. She loves teaching yoga to help others receive these benefits. Mary June has completed both 200-hour and a 300-hour Advanced yoga training\, as well as additional certifications in Yin\, Yoga for Cancer\, and Restorative Yoga. Off the mat\, she is also a self-taught chef\, herbalist\, avid gardener\, and holistic health expert who enjoys spending time with her husband and fur babies and soaking up the sun on a beach whenever possible.  \nTickets are $20 and 100% of proceeds benefiting the pets at Young-Williams Animal Center!
