SUMMARY:NBC's Clear the Shelters Event
DESCRIPTION:The NBC Clear the Shelters Event is a month-long event\, culminating to one big day of adoptions on September 18! This event is sponsored by WBIR Channel 10 as part of the “Clear the Shelters” campaign nationwide. Since 2015\, NBC Universal Owned Television Stations’ Clear the Shelter campaign has helped more than 410\,000 pets find new homes. \nVisit the shelter to find your new best friend! Adoption staff will help potential adopters find the right pet for their lifestyle and assist with completion of the adoption application. Every animal adopted during the special promotion will receive the same services covered by the regular adoption fees\, which include a veterinary exam\, spay/neuter surgery\, some standard vaccinations\, a microchip with registration and more.
