S'mores (Sam) is the sweetest guy; he just wants his people to be happy. He is smart, attentive and has great language skills. He will love to hear your voice. Sam enjoys tummy rubs and cuddles, his toys and interacts well with dogs that are similar or smaller in size. He has had several successful playdates now. Sam could also be a great therapy or emotional support animal with training. He reads moods and tone of voice very well. In his time with me, he has really started coming into his own. He is confident and joyful, and just protective enough. He rarely barks unless there is someone at the door. Sam will be a very loyal friend. I think he would do well in a family too and could adapt to living with other animals.
