Become a Volunteer

All potential volunteers will be asked to complete a Volunteer Application.

Prior to the next scheduled volunteer orientation, all applicants will be interviewed to determine if you “have what it takes” to be an Animal Center volunteer. If you are accepted into the program, you will be notified of acceptance and will be given the date for the next volunteer orientation.

The Orientation is required prior to volunteering at Young-Williams Animal Center.

At the orientation, volunteers are expected to submit their program fee and provide the Volunteer Specialist with requests for areas they are most interested in. We will also require a schedule of availability.
